“FIND THE GOLDEN EGG” COMPETITION T&C’S:
- The “find the golden egg” competition is open to all shoppers at Bryan Park Shopping Centre who are residents of South Africa. However, if you are an employee of Bryan Park Shopping Centre (or its parent, subsidiaries, or any affiliated company) or are otherwise associated with the prize draw, you and any member of your family or any agent are not eligible to enter.
- The “find the golden egg” competition excludes all national tenants: Woolworths, Checkers & Checkers Liquor, Virgin Active and Dischem/ Medicare Pharmacy. Your voucher will not be redeemable at these stores.
- By entering the competition, you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
- The winner will be responsible for any additional costs incurred in taking advantage of their prize.
- If the winner is chosen and there are noted irregularities (i.e., the email address or person does not exist, is not delivered to a person, or is forwarded to a person with a different identity, etc.) The winner will be disqualified and a new winner will be chosen.
- Any entries received after the closing date will be invalid. Bryan Park Shopping Centre accepts no responsibility for any errors of any other kind which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of an entry, or for delayed or lost entries.
- If we are unable to contact a prize winner, we reserve the right to pick another.
- All entries will be examined, and the vouchers shall be awarded to the winner selected at random by Bryan Park Shopping Centre from all eligible participants who have correctly entered the prize draw in accordance with entry instructions. No correspondence will be entered into.
- The winners will be notified via Facebook or Instagram, email or phone call, and the prizes will be issued as soon as possible.
- Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
- Vouchers are single-use only and can only be used in one shop at Bryan Park Shopping Centre.
- The vouchers are subject to certain terms and conditions. The winner is solely responsible for complying with such terms and conditions.
- Bryan park shopping centre reserve the right to cancel or change the promotion at any time and will endeavour to give you advance notice of any such change or withdrawal. However, in some cases, advance notice may not be possible.
- Participants accept that if they breach these rules they will be disqualified, and their vouchers will be revoked even if the prize has been issued prior to discovering a breach of terms.
- Under no circumstances will Bryan Park Shopping Centre (or its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies) be liable for any losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions, or delays in the promotion or the prize.
- Any problems arising from physical damage or neglect on the part of the prize winner, or their acquaintances will not be covered by Bryan Park Shopping Centre.
- Winners are required to provide Bryan Park Shopping Centre with their date of birth, cell number, and email address to receive their prize. Failure to do so will constitute a breach of the terms and conditions and thus your prize will be revoked.
- The terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
